Fresh Basil Vinaigrette
Give your salad an Italian twist with this fresh basil vinaigrette. For extra oomph, top your salad with toasted pine nuts and/or fresh mozzerella balls.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce(s) Dijon mustard
- 6 ounce(s) sherry vinegar
- 1 small shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 dash(es) black pepper
- 1 cup(s) basil leaves (about one bunch)
- 2 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
