French Toast

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup(s) 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) syrup (in batter)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 12 slices bread

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients well.
  • Dip bread slices in batter.
  • Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • Place battered bread on sheets.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brown slices on both sides, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve hot.
