
Flounder and Pineapple
Pineapple and fish, this perfect pair has just combined to make a fish dish you and your loved ones will devour. There's no need to look any further for the big catch. This flounder dinner is a sure winner.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil
- 12 ounce(s) flounder fillets
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/4 small, fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium skillet.
- Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add fillets to skillet and saute over medium heat about 3 minutes.
- Turn, sprinkle with lemon juice, and spread pineapple over fish.
- Cover skillet and cook another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Ready in 15 min.
