Ingredients
  

  • 48 ounce(s) pork
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 49/80 cup(s) box of Scalloped Potatoes and sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 17/50 cup(s) creme of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 Beer
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put meat on the bottom of crock-pot.
  • In a separate container, add onion, garlic Worcestershire, soy, creme of celery, frozen veggies, scalloped potatoes, and mix it up.
  • Then pour it into the crock-pot.
  • After that add beer and salt and pepper.
  • Cook it on "high" for about 4-5 hours.
  • Ready in 5 hours.
