This Beer Crock-Pork recipe is the cure for everything that ales you.
Ingredients
- 48 ounce(s) pork
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 49/80 cup(s) box of Scalloped Potatoes and sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 17/50 cup(s) creme of celery soup
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
- 1 Beer
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Put meat on the bottom of crock-pot.
- In a separate container, add onion, garlic Worcestershire, soy, creme of celery, frozen veggies, scalloped potatoes, and mix it up.
- Then pour it into the crock-pot.
- After that add beer and salt and pepper.
- Cook it on "high" for about 4-5 hours.
- Ready in 5 hours.
