Feels Like Home Elbow Salad
Want to feel right at home while eating your salad? Try this one, a sweet and creamy pasta salad dish with olives and celery! Tastes great right from home.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) package elbow macaroni
- 3 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup(s) prepared yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup(s) sweet pickle relish, or to taste
- 10 ounce(s) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped green onions
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon(s) paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, olives, celery and green onions.
- Mix in the macaroni, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add more mayonnaise if you like.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate over night.
- Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
- Ready in 8 hours 20 min.
