Far West Chili Soup

Go west... as in far west chili. Rustle up some cattle and you can easily complete a flavorful meal in 30 minutes! Nobody will have a beef with this great dish.

  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 15 1/2 ounce(s) water
  • 31 ounce(s) canned kidney beans, undrained
  • 3 cup(s) partially cooked macaroni
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender.
  • Stir to separate meat.
  • Add remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
