Far West Chili Soup
Go west... as in far west chili. Rustle up some cattle and you can easily complete a flavorful meal in 30 minutes! Nobody will have a beef with this great dish.
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) ground beef
- 1 cup(s) chopped onions
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 15 1/2 ounce(s) water
- 31 ounce(s) canned kidney beans, undrained
- 3 cup(s) partially cooked macaroni
- 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
Instructions
- In a large pan brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender.
- Stir to separate meat.
- Add remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
