Fabulous Lemon Pie
There’s no longer any need to go to the local ice cream parlor for a frozen pie. Whip up your own at home. When life gives you lemons, make this decadent dessert. It is simple to make and a cool end to a warm summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 4 cup(s) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 6 ounce(s) frozen lemonade concentrate
- 8 ounce(s) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake crust in oven for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown.

Allow to cool.

In a large bowl, mix until creamy the ice cream, lemonade and whipped topping.

Spread mixture into piecrust, then place in freezer for 20 minutes.

Serve pie after it has set.

Ready in 1 hour 10 min.
