Elegant Eggs Filled with Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 7 1/2 ounce(s) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayo
  • 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a medium bowl; set aside the egg whites.
  • Add the salmon, mayo, dill and pepper to the yolks.
  • Mix them until well combined.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
