Ingredients

  

  • 1/5 cup(s) leftover mashed potatoes
  • 12 ounce(s) wide noodles
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) oleo or butter

Instructions

 

  • In a small frying pan brown onions in oleo and add potatoes.
  • Stir for a few seconds and set aside.
  • Put noodles in boiling water and cook until soft.
  • Drain noodles but do not rinse.
  • Add potato mixture to noodles, salt to taste.
