Easy Noodle Side Dish
Want to work with leftovers? This tasty side dish packs all the flavors of pierogies, without all the work.
Ingredients
- 1/5 cup(s) leftover mashed potatoes
- 12 ounce(s) wide noodles
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoon(s) oleo or butter
Instructions

In a small frying pan brown onions in oleo and add potatoes.

Stir for a few seconds and set aside.

Put noodles in boiling water and cook until soft.

Drain noodles but do not rinse.

Add potato mixture to noodles, salt to taste.
