  • 1 333/10000 cup(s) flour, all
  • 3/4 cup(s) old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) spices, nutmeg, ground
  • 1 egg, whole, raw, fresh
  • 1 333/10000 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1 cup(s) bananas, raw
  • 2 tablespoon(s) usda commodity food, oil, vegetable, low saturated fat

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Combine the egg, milk, banana, and oil in a separate bowl.
  • Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
  • Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle.
  • Turn when bubbles form on top and cook until second side is golden brown.
  • Ready in 15 min.
