  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped and hulled strawberries
  • 33/100 cup(s) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 4 strawberries

Instructions

 

  • Combine chopped strawberries and yogurt in a small bowl; mix well.
  • Halve the grapefruits across the center; separate each section of grapefruit flesh from the membranes with a grapefruit knife or paring knife.
  • Run the knife between the rind and the outer edge of the fruit, loosening the sections.
  • Spoon the strawberry-yogurt mixture over each grapefruit half.
  • Garnish with whole strawberries.
