Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 2 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine sugars and oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Add vanilla and egg whites and beat well.
  • Stir in water.
  • In separate bowl, combine flour, milk, baking soda, and cocoa powder; add to wet ingredients.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.
  • Drop by heaping tbs onto lightly oiled cookie sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove from sheets immediately and cool on racks.
  • Ready in 1 hour.
