Delicious Ginger Salad Dressing
Ginger adds an Asian-inspired brightness to this simple vinaigrette. Soy, garlic, rice vinegar and peanut oil bring together the flavors of the Orient - perfect for tossing with mixed greens.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, minced
- 1/2 cup(s) peanut oil
- 333/1000 cup(s) rice vinegar
- 1 ounce(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) celery, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 4 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well pureed.
- Ready in 15 min.
