
Dad's Zing Cheeseburgers
You'll never look at burgers the same way once you've had a chance to sample these spicy, wasabi-infused poppers topped with gooey cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup(s) minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 4 tablespoon(s) wasabi paste
- 4 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix in a large bowl the ground beef, onion and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, and form into 4 patties.
- Preheat the grill for medium heat.
- Place patties on the prepared grill, and cook 5 minutes per side or to satisfaction.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of wasabi on the bottom half, and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on the top half of the bun.
- Top burgers with a slice of cheese and enjoy!.
