Crunchy French Toast

Crunch and munch of this cornflake-coated French toast. It's every bit as good as its soft and moist counterpart. In fact, the crunch gives it a bigger punch. Of course, you'll want to top with syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • 8 slices stale bread
  • 1 maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place corn flake crumbs in a shallow dish and set aside.
  • Combine milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl and dip bread into mixture coating both sides well the dip into corn flake crumbs.
  • Grill or fry in a pan coated with cooking spray, cook bread on medium heat until both sides are golden brown, turning once.
  • Serve hot with maple syrup.
  • Ready in 15 min.
