
Crockpot Caramel Rum Fondue
This caramel fondue is rich, velvety and sweet, and a fabulous way to top off any elegant meal. You can pair it with your favorite fresh fruits or graham crackers and pound cake.
Ingredients
- 7 ounce(s) caramels
- 1/4 cup(s) miniature marshmallows
- 333/1000 cup(s) whipping cream
- 333/1000 ounce(s) rum or 1/4 tsp. rum extract
Instructions
- Combine caramels and cream in crockpot.
- Cover and heat until melted, 30 to 60 minutes.
- Stir in marshmallows and rum.
- Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes.
- Serve with apple wedges or pound cake.
