Crock-Pot Beef Chili
This dish can be prepped the night before any gathering by tossing the incredients in the crockpot and leaving them in the fridge overnight, giving you a chance to clean up and get out of the kitchen on the day of your gathering.
Ingredients
- 3 pound(s) ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 5 313/1000 cup(s) diced tomatoes
- 3 7/8 cup(s) dark red kidney beans
- 1 chili powder, as desired
- 1 salt and pepper, as desired
- 1 cayenne pepper, as desired
- 1 habenero sauce, as desired
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with salt pepper and chopped onion; drain.
- In crock-pot, add browned beef mixture, tomato soup, tomatoes (including juices from can), and remaining ingredients.
- Let simmer for 4-6 hrs, then taste and add cayenne pepper and habenero sauce to taste.
- Serve with Tostitos chips, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives.
