Crispy Sea Bass
There may be plenty of fish in the sea but none taste quite as good as this one. The crunchy savory coating makes the fish an extra-special entree. Reel in a winner for dinner with this crispy catch of the day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) Japanese bread crumbs
- 6 ounce(s) sea bass steak
- 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 egg wash
- 1/4 cup(s) demi-glace
- 1/4 cup(s) sweet Thai chili sauce
Instructions
- Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Flour sea bass, roll in egg wash and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Saute fish over medium heat until golden brown.
- Finish cooking fish in oven until desired temperature.
- Sauce with demi-glace and Thai sauce.
