  • 1 ribeye steak
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh spinach
  • 1 strip bacon, diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) diced onion
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 5 oysters, depending on size
  • 2 ounce(s) blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 ounce(s) burgundy mushroom sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook steak to desired temperature.
  • Saute spinach, bacon and onion; season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread spinach mix on steak.
  • Place oysters on spinach; sprinkle with blue cheese.
  • Place in oven until cheese browns.
  • Serve with burgundy mushroom sauce.
