Ingredients

  

  • 8 ounce(s) mini lasagna pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup(s) low fat chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh broccoli florets, blanched and drained
  • 12 ounce(s) cubed cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 33/100 ounce(s) bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Prepare a 8″ square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine soup and milk.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in cooked noodles, chicken, vegetables, and salt.
  • Mix well again.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
