  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt or to taste
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/8 cup(s) fresh green chili, coarsely chopped and seeded
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup(s) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

 

  • Mix all ingredients and chill for 3 hours to allow flavors to mix.
  • Serve with vegetables, chicken skewers or other meat.
  • Ready in 3 1/2 hours.
