Classic Italian Cheese Dip
This easy-to-make Italian cheese dip, molded into a traditional cheese ball, can be served with veggies or crackers. Whip up a batch for your next get together - but don't blink, or it'll be gone!
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 envelope Italian style dry salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Form into a ball, and then chill.
- Serve with crackers.
