
Chocolate "Salami" Roll

- 16 le petit beurre cookies
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) unsweetened Droste cocoa powder
- 15 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Melt butter and let it cool down.
- In a bowl mix well sugar, eggs, butter, and cocoa.
- Crumble biscuits into this mixture.
- Mix all and pour this mixture on a plastic wrap and roll a salami shape.
- Put it in freezer for an hour.
- Cake will be firmer in an hour.
- Ready in 2 hours.
