Chicken & Rice Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cup(s) cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoon(s) (1 packet) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 2 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 1 cup(s) (8 oz can) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced green onion

Instructions
 

  • In large skillet, heat chicken, seasoning mix and water; bring to boil; simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, tomato and green onion; heat 5-6 minutes.
  • Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  • Place approximately 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla.
  • Fold in sides and roll up to close.
  • Serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
