  • 1 1/3 cup(s) cream of chicken soup
  • 10 16/25 floz water
  • 3/4 cup(s) uncooked instant white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, and pepper in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  • Top with chicken; sprinkle with additional pepper if desired.
  • Cover and bake 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake 5 minutes longer.
