
Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes (about 2 lbs)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup(s) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) 1% milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Instructions
- Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water.
- Bring to a boil; cook 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Place potato mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mash to desired consistency.
