Cheesy Corn Spread
A sweet combination for a successful dip; your guests will be more than pleased. This appetizer is super simple to make, very colorful and tasty. You might say that this cheesy corn spread is a-maize-ing!
Ingredients
- 311 211/250 grams Mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 8 tablespoon(s) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
- 1 cup(s) jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) picante sauce
- 3 cup(s) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped sweet red pepper
- 20 assorted crackers
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; stir in cheese.
