Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup(s) rice cereal
  • 1 cup(s) butter, softened
  • 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter until fluffy.
  • Slowly mix in the flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir in cheese and cereal.
  • Shape into 1-1/2-in.
  • balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Serve warm or cold.
