Cajun Tuna with Pasta
Spice things up for dinner tonight with this Cajun style tuna steak with cheesy, creamy pasta that will please all your party guests.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) whole cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 1 dash(es) black pepper
- 1 Romano cheese
- 12 ounce(s) fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- 1 olive oil
- 16 ounce(s) tuna filets (2 8-ounce steaks)
- 1 Cajun spices
Instructions
- 1)-In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream.
- Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
- 2)-When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
- 3)-Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
- 4)-Grill to desired temperature.
- Serve fish on top of pasta.
