
Black Bean Dip
This simple, delicious dip takes only minutes to make, and can spice up your next gathering. It’s so full of flavor, you’ll never know that it’s low fat and low calorie.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) cooked drained black beans
- 1 333/1000 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 3 tablespoon(s) water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon(s) lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) mild green chilies, chopped
Instructions

Process all ingredients except green onions and chiles in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Garnish with remaining green onions and chiles and place in a serving bowl.
