Get ready to gobble up these burgers. Prepared with ground turkey and whole wheat bread crumbs, this healthy alternative to regular burgers will put a feather in your cap.
Ingredients
- 1 ground turkey (1/2 dark, 1/2 light)
- 4 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 4 ounce(s) roasted red pepper, diced
- 4 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoon(s) fat free mayonnaise
