  • 1 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon(s) corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked piecrust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, egg, corn syrup and vanilla.
  • Stir in brown sugar mixture until blended.
  • Fold in the pecans.
  • Pour filling into piecrust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
