
Berry Fruit Salad
This recipe is a berry good approach to a fabulous fruit salad. A selection of summer berries come together with orange juice, yogurt and mint for a sweet treat that's chock-full of nutrition.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) blueberries, picked over
- 1/2 cup(s) raspberries
- 1 cup(s) strawberries, hulled and halved
- 3 oranges, peeled, pith removed and flesh chopped
- 6 teaspoon(s) fresh mint, chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve berries topped with yogurt sauce.
