Beer Cheese Dip

  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce(s) pasteurized process Cheddar cheese with Jalapeno pepper, cubed
  • 2 67/100 ounce(s) beer
  • 1 cup(s) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup(s) scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Chips or tortilla crisps

Instructions
 

  • In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook cream cheese, pasteurized cheese and beer, until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in beans, scallions and tomatoes and heat through.
  • Serve warm or cold as a dip with pretzels, chips or tortilla crisps.
