- 2 to 3 large potatoes
- 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 to 2 onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 pot roast (3 pounds)
- 4 ounce(s) water
Instructions

Add all vegetables, salt, and pepper to the crock-pot.
