
Beef in Curry & Coconut Milk
This beef dish lets you get your curry in a hurry with simple ingredients that pack a big taste. To complete the dish, serve over a bed of fragrant jasmine rice. Milk this dish for all it's worth.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk
- 2 teaspoon(s) red curry paste
- 32 ounce(s) beef sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoon(s) fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 1/2 ounce(s) fresh basil (one bunch)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly.
- In big pot, stir and cook coconut milk until it separates, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in red curry paste; add sliced beef, cooking until done.
- Add remaining ingredients and serve.
- Ready in 25 min.
