Ingredients
- 1 pot roast (3 lbs)
- 2 cup(s) to 3 cups tomato sauce
- 8 ounce(s) picante sauce
- 12 English muffins
Instructions
- Place ingredients in crock-pot and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Then take the lid off the pot and stir the meat around until it falls apart.
- Serve it ladled over toasted English muffins.
- Ready in 6-8 hours.
