BBQ Pork in Fry Pan
Great-tasting barbecue doesn’t always have to be prepared “low and slow.” This dish tastes as good as grilled in 30 minutes or less. Stay inside and chop to it!
Ingredients
- 4 top loin pork chops
- 1/4 cup(s) low-fat Italian dressing
- 4 tablespoon(s) barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
Instructions

In large non-stick skillet, brown pork chops on one side over medium- high heat.

Turn chops and add remaining ingredients to pan stirring to blend; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
