Barbecued Lamb on Skewers

  • 2 pound(s) lamb, cubed
  • 4 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine together cubed lamb, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, cayenne pepper, oil, salt, and sugar.
  • Marinate the lamb for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
  • Drain, reserving the marinade for basting during barbecuing.
  • Skewer the lamb and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned, basting often.
  • Discard any unused marinade after basting.
  • Ready in 2 hours and 20 min.
