Barbecued Lamb on Skewers
Kick up your kabobs and bring some new deliciousness to the dinner table. Lamb kabobs taste great when they're marinated in this lemon-flavored base. It's moist and tender when properly prepared on the grill.
Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) lamb, cubed
- 4 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine together cubed lamb, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, cayenne pepper, oil, salt, and sugar.
- Marinate the lamb for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
- Drain, reserving the marinade for basting during barbecuing.
- Skewer the lamb and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned, basting often.
- Discard any unused marinade after basting.
- Ready in 2 hours and 20 min.
