Barbecue-Style Pork Kabobs
Kabobs are perfect, portable party foods or can be an at-home, healthy family favorite. Spice up dinner tonight with an exotic mix of spices and hearty pork.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) lean pork roast
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) salad oil
- 1 pinch(es) cayenne
- 1 pinch(es) ground cinnamon
Instructions

Pinch ground cloves.

Dice the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in plastic bag and marinate for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove the pork from the bag and discard the marinade.

Put the meat on skewers and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
