Ingredients

  

  • 48 ounce(s) sirloin, cut in large chunks
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 cup(s) catsup
  • 16 ounce(s) water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch(es) sugars, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Place all ingredients in a covered pot and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees – add more water as necessary.
  • Remove beef and taste sauce.
  • Add sugar to taste.
  • Shred beef and return to pot for 10 minutes.
  • Serve on buns.
