Balsamic Petit Filet with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 4 filet mignon
  • 1 ounce(s) Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic syrup

Instructions
 

  • Liberally season both sides of filets with salt.
  • Place on grill or in saute pan over medium-high heat; sear each side for 4-5 minutes for rare.
  • Crumble blue cheese on each filet and drizzle with balsamic syrup.
