Baked Tofu
Vegetarians have countless ways to get their daily protein intake, and this baked tofu dish is a tasty solution. This dynamic dish packs a lean, mean, protein punch that will tickle your taste buds and keep your waist trim.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) tofu
- 1/2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoon(s) nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoon(s) vegetable bouillon powder
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds
- 1 small, scrubbed potato
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder, to taste
Instructions
- Grind the tofu, potato and onion in a food processor.
- Don't let it get too fine.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, shape into burgers and bake at around 350 degrees on a very lightly oiled cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
