Baked Ground Beef Loaf
Looking for a simple, set-it-and-forget-it meal for those busy weeknights? This crockpot meatloaf takes its time, cooking over hours. At the end of a busy day, you won't believe how good it tastes.
Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 8 ounce(s) sausage
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cup(s) bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
Instructions
- Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk.
- Mix meat, seasonings, and soaked crumbs thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mushroom soup.
- Make meat mixture into loaf and pour the sour cream-soup mixture over top.
- Bake in crockpot for 10 hours on low.
- Ready in 10 hours.
