
Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients
- 333/1000 cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 14 1/2 ounce(s) artichoke hearts (packed in water & salt)
- 333/1000 cup(s) red pepper sauteed in olive oil
- 2 egg whites
- 333/1000 cup(s) chopped onion sauteed in olive oil
- 1 thinly sliced French bread
Instructions

Drain artichoke, rinse and chop them thinly.

Combine mayonnaise, artichokes, parmesan cheese, red pepper and onion.

Beat egg whites until firm.

Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.

Spread mixture on bread.
