Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion, minced
  • 16 ounce(s) chicken breasts, skinless-boneless, poached and cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup(s) seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 3 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise, the dry mustard, and the onion and mix to blend well.
  • Add chicken and toss to coat.
  • In a shallow bowl, toss breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to mix.
  • Roll chicken strips in breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crisped.
  • Meanwhile, blend remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard for dipping.
