
Old Style Tomatoes with Tarragon
You say tomato, we say try this dish. Pick up a couple pounds of ripe heirloom tomatoes and prepare this tarragon-tinted salad.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon(s) finely chopped shallots
- 3/25 cup(s) chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 907 9/50 grams 2 lb. (about 6 medium) heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
