
Beef and Cheese Ball
Beef up your boring cheese ball with this hot variation on an old classic. Have a ball without spreading yourself thin with this tasty party appetizer, perfect for parties, tailgates or movie night.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) fat-free cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 1/2 ounce(s) dried beef, finely chopped
- 3 finely chopped green onion tops
- 2 tablespoon(s) pickle relish
Instructions

Cream softened cream cheese and 1/2 of the chopped dried beef.

Add the green onion and pickle relish.

Mix well.

Form into ball and chill mixture in a covered container for 1 to 2 hours.

Remove the ball from container and roll in the remaining dried beef.

Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving with crackers.
