Deli Turkey Rolls

- 4 deli turkey, sliced
- 4 flour tortillas (7 inches)
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup(s) lettuce, shredded
- 4 ounce(s) ranch salad dressing
