Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) bag frozen pumpkin in cubes
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) coffee rich
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon

Instructions

 

  • Place chopped pumpkin in pot of water and cook until soft.
  • Drain squash and mash in butter stick.
  • Mix other ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Add pumpkin to mixture.
  • Mix all together and place in a 9×13 ovenproof tray.
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and serve cold or hot.
